Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
We fulfill orders through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF), which leverages Amazon's global fulfillment network. Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and may include:
- Standard Shipping – Estimated 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping – Estimated 2–3 business days
- Priority Shipping – Estimated 1–2 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on location and carrier availability.
Buy with Prime Orders
For eligible products, you may choose to checkout using Buy with Prime, which provides fast, free Prime delivery for Amazon Prime members. Delivery estimates for Prime-eligible items are displayed on the product page next to the Buy with Prime button.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Buy with Prime is available for US-based shipping addresses only.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order using the link in your order confirmation email.
Unbranded Packaging
All MCF-fulfilled orders are shipped in unbranded packaging to provide a clean, neutral delivery experience.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@pembrookapparel.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
