Return and Refund Policy

At Pembrook, we stand behind the quality of every pair of socks we make. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Standard Returns (Non-Buy with Prime Orders)

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. The standard 30-day return window applies year-round, including during holiday and promotional periods.

We do not currently offer product exchanges. If you'd like a different size or color, please start a return for a refund and place a new order for the item you'd prefer.

No restocking fee applies to eligible returns.

To initiate a return, contact us at hello@pembrookapparel.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label. We do not currently offer in-store or drop-off returns.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Items not eligible for return include products that have been worn or washed, items without original tags or packaging, and final sale or clearance items.

Buy with Prime Orders

For orders placed using Buy with Prime, the Amazon Prime returns policy applies. These orders are eligible for free returns through the Buy with Prime experience. To start a return on a Buy with Prime order, view your order status from the link in your original order confirmation email. You will receive a full refund as long as the item is returned within the return window and is in resellable condition.

Buy with Prime orders are also covered by the Amazon Pay A-to-z Guarantee for eligible purchases.

Orders Placed Through Buy on Amazon

If you completed checkout directly on Amazon.com using the Buy on Amazon option, your order is an Amazon marketplace purchase and is governed by Amazon's own return and refund policies, not this page. Please start any return for that order through your Amazon account.
