Return and Refund Policy

At Pembrook, we stand behind the quality of every pair of socks we make. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Standard Returns (Non–Buy with Prime Orders)

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@pembrookapparel.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Items that are not eligible for return include:

  • Products that have been worn or washed
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Final sale or clearance items

Buy with Prime Orders

For orders placed using Buy with Prime, the Amazon Prime returns policy applies. These orders are eligible for free returns through the Buy with Prime experience.

To start a return on a Buy with Prime order, please view your order status from the link in your original order confirmation email. You will receive a full refund as long as the item is returned within the return window and is in resellable condition.
