8-15 mmHg is light compression ideal for general use, travel, and standing all day. 20–30 mmHg is stronger compression often recommended by doctors for varicose veins, edema, or post-surgical recovery. When in doubt, consult your physician.
Most Pembrook socks are sized by shoe size. For compression socks, you should also measure your calf circumference. Our sizing chart is available on every product page to help you find the best fit.
